The Antique Store - Acts 1, 2 & 3
You took a like of time making your drawings and being clear about your story.
I wonder if the story would move a bit better with different timings of the drawings. At times I was feeling that I just wanted to see the next event. I think it would be just as powerful, and might hold the viewers attention more if you were able to streamline the pictures so that the story moves a bit faster.
Story Reel 3
I like your drawings and the ideas that she does not have to take perfect pictures.
I know you will catch this, but it seems that the beginning is repeated.
I wonder how the portals fit into why she decides not to be perfect in her photography.
Wow! I like the story of Moran so far!
I can't wait to see what he does with all those powers.
I am wondering if the "dark powers" will be able to be used for good.
This is suspenseful!
Act 1,Act2 and Act3
This is amazing progress!!! You did very well after you divided everything into the acts like Pixar described. Your own sketches really enhance the story, now.
I really like how your Act 3 is coming together!!! You put in a LOt of work!
I am still a bit confused about the other baby. At one point it sounds like they finally found their own child. At another point it sounds like they had a different child later, and so I still wonder about their first child. Maybe you could resolve this confusion?
I can't wait to see your final story.
princess is back
The story is really evolving.
I know you did not havve internet for some time, and you did well to upload something here.
Could you possibly take the music out so we can hear the story? Upload it again to Week 7 (Not week 8).
Let me know when you do that and I will facilitate from there.
Great job at persisting in the face of big obstacles!
I like that you have put the pictures on one slide.
However, the story cut off and you may have to do it in segments.
Also, maybe you can find a time to record when the other students are not in the lab? Their talking in the background makes it hard to hear you.
Try editing the video, and uploading a complete version to week 7.
You and Elizabeth are very persistent, overcoming lots of obstacles.
I like that the story is becoming more complete.
I'll be excited to see more drawings!
Your narration practice is making the story better!!!
My character's world
This image really makes me want to see what is going on in the environment. I cannot get a video to play. I only see a picture. I am wondering why some of the trees are at an angle. It might be good to have another view of your world?
I like the way you describe the dragon as being tough on the outside. I wonder how the tough exterior affects the ability to be truly understood in terms of the desire to help. I wonder what motivates those around to be enemies instead of meeting the dragon as friendly, helpful and kind. I am looking forward to seeing the environment in which the dragon finds that he must protect. Looking forward to more details, and especially the first story spine.
I like that you are drawing characters.
I would love to know more about the characters, as they seem different that your other ideas.
I think that it would be stronger without the music right now. Music is a communicator of a character in addition to your voice and the visual drawing. It was a bit difficult to hear everything you were describing. Also, it would be good to try more lighting when you are capturing your image so that it is darker, or else just use an editing adjustment.
Can't wait to see your progress.

You have your hands full and this is an amazing program. I am even doing my own story on the side!!!
It would be great if we could see the questions in a list, with an arrow to open a dropdown? I always want to see answers for each question quickly. Just a nice feature, but I appreciate everything. The filters sound amazing.

Hi, Brit: Thanks. They are mostly on Windows 10. I am used to Adobe full versions or Mac programs. Would they then go back and piece together their 3 slides? Sorry, but I am doing this part virtually with them, in addition to them being Swahili as their first language. Sometimes I speak too fast, I guess. I was going to make them a brief tutorial.
