The Newlydeads

I like the direction the story takes right in the middle and the overall story, as it is captivating. I feel like you could’ve added some music to the video and some of the images could’ve gone by a little slower. I still really loved it though!

High Up

I really like how simple the story is, with the aliens looking real cute and the sound effects added for the world. I was a little confused on which characters were which, as the designs of most of the aliens were the same, so it was hard to tell some of them apart, but otherwise, great job!

Flora and Fauna

I like how magical the world is, with fantasy elements that make the whole experience feel magical. I feel like you could’ve added a bit more color to the drawings, but I like the story and the message the story is going for.

static

I like what you were able to accomplish with your story, even with the visuals being unfinished. There could’ve been a bit more time spent in the bare, lifeless world, adding a bit more tension to the story, but I like it nonetheless.

Doodle

I love how unique the idea of the story is, with the tattoos being his conscience, and I also like the design of the characters. I wish there was a bit more time to develop those animals as his tattoos, but I still understood the overall story nonetheless.

Story Xperiential Week 8 Submission - The Story Of KiKi MauMau

I really like the direction that the story took towards the middle, with the dogs telling Kiki Maumau that even if his caretakers don’t seem like they care for him, they love no matter what. I feel like there could’ve been some more tension between the dogs and the main character, but that’s just me.

Great Protector

I really like the animation for your video, as it simplistic yet unique. I do wish that the video was a bit more longer, so you elaborate on who he was talking to and what work he is going to, but it is very comforting overall.

Todd Astor Story Spine

I love the character arc that the dad grows through, learning that it’s ok to like more than one thing. It really is a compelling lesson.

Jonathon Q. Sniffer

I really like the lesson that Jon learns, with that even with all the suffering he’s been going through, he still needs to treat others with respect. I was wondering though, what parts do Jon’s friends play before they started to get mad at him?

Star Chowwers

I really like Nneka’s inside and outside personality traits, as this could lead to interesting character growth. One question I have that I feel like should be explored more is what a star chowwer is, and if it is something physical or emotionally important to the character’s culture and family. Can’t wait to see what’s next!

Week

antonio the surfing ant

I really like Antonio the Ant and what he wants to accomplish. I understand Antonio’s fear of drowning, but why does he want to catch waves in the first place? He could be someone in his family who wants to try different things, and maybe be like a surfer or a swimmer. Otherwise, I’m curious on where you go next

Jayce Character Profile

I really like your character’s story and design. It simply is a great anthropomorphic design of a bunny. One thing that was unclear to me during the video was what did you mean by loose? Did you mean she was comfortable with what she was wearing or she is able to just go with the flow of things? Otherwise, great video

Bait

I love the art and designs behind Bait. Next time, I think you should talk more about why there are no other sea animals around her that make her alone.
