Kain, an apprentice miner on Mars has always wanted to become an Earthling. Unfortunately a mining accident takes his father and mentor away. Kain prepares to take his father's ashes to Earth and spread them along the Mississippi River. The change in planetary atmospheres and ecosystems bring about swift changes in his body.
