Once upon a time Avery started school at a public high school getting good grades and joining the Girls Soccer team. They have a lot on their mind, so they try to control and perfect the image of themselves. Everyday, they focus on assignments, homework, and their games. They know they haven’t been getting enough sleep and usually sleep for 7-8 hours. They think it’s understandable being a student, and ignore their health in order to keep being a good student who seems to be satisfied with themselves. They enjoy spending time with their family and friends, but aren’t completely honest with them. Until one day, Avery doesn’t have enough money for the bus. They had a bad day and panic. Avery unexpectedly has a seizure and loses consciousness. Because of that, Avery wakes up in a world built by their mind, where thoughts and creations they usually ignore or hide away are channeled into a beautiful city. The city is eternally dark, but lit by stars. Because of that, Avery explores the city and comes face to face with who they are. Because of that, they are trapped in a coma, because they just want to return to normalcy. Until finally, Avery discovers their identity. They realize that the city is not completely true to who they are. They unlock the anger and rage they had disregarded, and make a sacrifice. They light a fire in the city, knowing that the uncharted mythical grass that surrounds the city and encompasses the world they are in will burn, but the crystal buildings, underground tunnels, several other landmarks and stars will be untouched by the fire. And ever since then, they wake up in the real world. They decide to switch to a Co-ed Soccer Team and begin to get more sleep, and start waking up early in the morning like they used to. They stop worrying about rules. The moral of the story is you can forgive yourself for the problems society puts upon you in order to find your true identity.
