Carli externally is polite, a good worker and reliable. She worked to finish school and land a good job in her field. Internally she is lonely, and feels a void inside to do more than she is. She wants new experiences, travel and excitements that comes with it. But does not want to leave her good job. "Vacation" time is not enough to take time away from work. And she would come back to work feeling possibly worse.
