— PAPA, MAMA, BABY PEDRO AND DONKEY were dying of thirst — water was almost impossible to find. PAPA knew about the legendary SWORD OF THUNDER that supposedly created rain). So he left his family and went looking for the sword.

— PAPA and DONKEY found the sword and came back to his family. But when he used it to create rain —— the sword took PAPA´s life energy away, he went very old in a hear beat so he stopped. Although little water fell from the sky, it was too late: MAMA had died by dehydration.

— LADY DEATH came to take MAMA with her - and she handed BABY PEDRO a magical wood stick. PAPA took PEDRO in his arms and promised him to find and provide him with water, provide him with life.
Years went by and EVERY DAY

— PEDRO, PAPA AND DONKEY traveled trough the land trying to find water using the magical wood stick — but they only found enough water to survive.

— Miracously, PEDRO found a well with the wood stick — PAPA hurried and made PEDRO build their home around it so they could have the water for themselves.

— PEDRO, PAPA AND DONKEY had more water they could ever imagined! PAPA figured selling gourds with water to the thirsty villagers nearby. PEDRO, PAPA and DONKEY became greedy, secretive, but also very rich.

— They came to a village to sell water and LADY DEATH was standing in their way. PEDRO, PAPA and DONKEY hurried back home and hide.

— LADY DEATH was already waiting for them inside. SHE dissapproved they were hiding the source of water, the source of life she had given PEDRO when he was a baby. So she raised her hand to PEDRO AND asked for the magical wood stick back...

— PAPA thought she had come to take his son away — just like she had done with MAMA, so he drew out the thunder sword to protect his family from death. LADY DEATH seemed intimidated by the sword, but she still blew her deadly breath to PAPA. SHE disappeared and PAPA fell gravely ill.

— PAPA was terrified of dying and leaving PEDRO all alone... so he asked PEDRO to go south and find the ELIXIR OF LIFE for PAPA knew it was his only chance in the world to survive.

— BUT, PEDRO cowardly refused and ran to the village looking for the MEDICINE MAN. The MEDICINE MAN came to see PAPA but all his attempts to make him well failed. As a matter of fact, PAPA´s health kept getting worse — he had no much time left.

— Once Again, PAPA asked PEDRO to go and find the ELIXIR so he could live. PEDRO confessed he was afraid of LADY DEATH, so PAPA figured giving him the thunder sword — he assumed the power of the sword would protect PEDRO from her.

— PEDRO and DONKEY went South looking for the ELIXIR, but they were surrounded by the MEXICAN CAVARLY. PEDRO bribed them with water so they could let them go.

— PEDRO and DONKEY made their way south, found an ancient pyramid and entered. Once inside, they walked through thousands of corpses until they found the elixir brewing in the mouth of a giant jade skull.

— PEDRO took a gourd and filled it with ELIXIR but the corpses rose up to claim the elixir they had once died for. PEDRO tried to defend himself with the thunder sword but he was thrown by the corpses into a dark pit and the fall killed him.

— LADY DEATH sensed PEDRO´S unexpected death and went for PEDRO´s soul but she saw the thunder sword lying next to the him and she couldn´t resist — LADY DEATH took the sword and went after PAPA.

— PAPA saw the door being opened and hoped it was PEDRO, but LADY DEATH was the one standing in his doorway

— PAPA was at her mercy. It seamed LADY DEATH was about to strike PAPA with the sword but she destroyed it against the ground instead. A raging thunder flew up to the sky and destroyed the house — leaving the well unhidden.

— The raging thunder traveled through the sky towards the pyramid and struck Pedro alive! (for he was the former rightful owner of the sword) Pedro was reborn with the power of the thunder sword. He got himself and donkey out of the pit, through the sea of corpses, and out of the pyramid. PEDRO headed home to save PAPA from dying (PEDRO had conquered death and carried the elixir of life under his arm).

— PEDRO got home and stood between PAPA and LADY DEATH. He thundered LADY DEATH until she got desintegrated by PEDRO´S powers.

— PAPA could not reach the ELIXIR and fainted. PEDRO took the gourd and tried to make PAPA drink... But again, it was too late: PAPA was dead. PEDRO AND DONKEY cried, then buried PAPA and mourned him.

— PEDRO sat by the well, on the ruins of his home -When LADY DEATH appeared. She explained him how the well could provide water, life and prevent the villagers from dying. LADY DEATH showed him the choice: To be a provider of life or death.

— PEDRO made his choice: He poured the ELIXIR OF LIFE into the well...THE WELL EXPLODED!

— The amount of water that came out of it was such that rivers, wells and lagoons were restored. Reforestation emerged, animals came out too. Life, water was everywhere for everyone to find.

— Finally, when PEDRO was very old... LADY DEATH appeared one last time. This time, Pedro had a smile on his face

— He took her hand and walked away with her — For he knew he was about to reunite with PAPA, MAMA and DONKEY to live their next adventure.
